Salary and Benefits
Salary Structure
- Basic Pay: ₹16,900/- per month.
- Annual Increment: An annual increase of 3% during the tenure shall be admissible on the Basic Pay subject to satisfactory performance.

Selection Process
The selection process consists of the following stages:
Stage 1: Computer Based Written Test
- Objective type Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs).
- The test duration is 2 hours.
- Pass marks are fixed at 45% (relaxed by 5% for SC/ST/PwD category).
Stage 2: Document Verification
- Candidates will be called for Document Verification in the order of merit based on written test performance.
- Verification of all relevant original certificates and testimonials.
Stage 3: Medical Examination
- Satisfactory receipt of Medical Report from the Company’s Doctor as per prescribed medical standards.
