MGVCL Vidyut Sahayak Recruitment 2026 Salary and Benefits
Salary:
- For the 1st Year: Fixed remuneration of Rs. 48,100/- per month.
- For the 2nd Year: Fixed remuneration of Rs. 50,700/- per month.
Regular Pay Scale: After satisfactory completion of two years as Vidyut Sahayak, candidates may be considered for appointment as a regular Junior Engineer – Electrical in the pay scale of Rs. 45,400 to Rs. 1,01,200/-.
Benefits:
- During the fixed tenure, no other allowance or benefits would be admissible.
- Reimbursement of TA/DA will be provided as per company rules.
