Selection Process

The selection process consists of the following stages:

Stage 1: Shortlisting of Candidates: Applications are screened and shortlisted based on criteria like relevant experience beyond the minimum requirement, additional higher qualifications and company turnover.

Stage 2: Personal Interview (PI): The final selection is based entirely on the candidate’s performance in the Personal Interview, which holds 100% weightage. Candidates are generally called in a 1:5 ratio.

Stage 3: Document Verification & Medical Fitness: Original documents will be verified at the interview. Final appointment is subject to the candidate being found medically fit by the HCL Medical Authority.
