The selection process consists of the following stages:
Stage 1: Computer-Based Test (CBT)

- Consists of three sections for a total of 120 questions (480 marks).
- Duration: 3 hours.
- Negative Marking: 1 mark deducted for every wrong answer.
Stage 2: Document Verification

Stage 3: Medical Examination
- Comprehensive medical fitness test as per BSNL standards.
