Salary and Benefits

Stipend:

  • Apprentices will receive a fixed monthly stipend of ₹12,300.

Benefits and Conditions:

  • Leaves: Apprentices are credited with 1 Casual Leave for every month of their apprenticeship (max 4 can be availed at a time).
  • Holidays: Entitled to all standard holidays observed by the Bank.
  • Allowances: No daily allowance, conveyance allowance, or traveling allowance will be paid.
  • Status: Apprentices are strictly trainees and will NOT be treated as regular “employees” of the Bank.
