Salary and Benefits
Salary Details:
- The existing pay of the selected candidates will be protected during the period of training.
- AME Trainees appointed under this scheme will be paid as per AIESL Board approved policy.
- Salary protection will be given in case the trainee is already drawing a higher salary.
- Upon completion of the training and acquiring the appropriate license, the candidate will be placed in the applicable scale of pay.

Selection Process
The selection process for this recruitment consists of the following stages:
Stage 1: Assessment – Candidates found suitable by a constituted committee for the assessment of the eligibility criteria shall be considered for the post.
Stage 2: Training – Candidates will be imparted DGCA approved Type rated B1/B2 training as per the company’s requirements.
Stage 3: Licensing & Absorption – On successful completion of the approved training and fulfilling the experience requirement, candidates must obtain the DGCA License or equivalent qualification. Allocation to Group A or Group B will depend on performance and existing vacancies.

Bond Details
- Selected candidates must execute an indemnity bond of ₹5,00,000 for serving the Company for a minimum of 05 years or until retirement, whichever is earlier.
- The bond is strictly enforceable with no pro-rata relaxation or partial waiver for early exit.
- A separate Type Training Bond must also be executed before commencing type training.
- If a candidate fails to acquire the qualification within 4 years of joining, they will be reverted to their previous position and the bond amount will be recovered.
