South Eastern Coalfields Limited (SECL), a part of Coal India Limited has announced apprenticeship training for 2026–27. The training will last one year under the Apprentices Act, 1961, it will take place in SECL’s opencast and underground mines and in its offices in Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh.
This program is only for skill training. It does not give any promise of a permanent job after completion. Selected candidates will get a monthly stipend which will be paid jointly by SECL and the Government of India.

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Candidates must have passed the qualifying exam in regular/full-time mode only. One-year diplomas are not allowed.
