Eligibility Criteria
Nationality: You must be a citizen of India or a subject of Nepal/Bhutan or a Tibetan refugee who came to India before January 1, 1962 or a person of Indian origin from certain countries like Pakistan, Burma etc. with intent to settle in India. For non-citizens, a certificate from the Government of India is needed.
