- The diploma must be of 3 years duration and obtained from a University/Institute recognized by UGC/AICTE/Government of India.
- Desirable Qualification: Foreman’s Certificate of Competency for metalliferous mines.
- Higher qualifications do not give extra advantage. The prescribed diploma is mandatory.
Age Limit (as on last date of online application i.e. 06/05/2026)
- Maximum Age: 50 years
Age relaxation:
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years
- Ex-Servicemen: As per Government of India rules

Salary and Benefits
Consolidated Pay: ₹60,000/- per month
- The pay can be increased up to 5% every year based on performance.
- Contract Period: Maximum 3 years initially or till the age of 60 years (whichever is earlier). It can be extended based on performance and requirement.
- Training: Selected candidates will undergo 1 month On-the-Job Training (OJT).

Selection Process
