Important Notes on Education:

Stipend and Salary / Benefits
During 1-year Training: ₹60,000 per month + Accommodation & Transport
OR ₹60,000 + ₹15,000 (if no accommodation/transport)
After Absorption (as Engineer):
- Pay Scale: ₹60,000 – 1,80,000
- CTC (approx.): ₹21.00 Lakh per year (for Construction)
- CTC (approx.): ₹20.10 Lakh per year (for Other than Construction)

Job Profile
MT-Construction: Work at project sites, contract management, quality check, safety (HSE), warehouse.
MT-Other than Construction: Office work in design, engineering, costing, procurement, inspection, HSE at HQ or offices.
Selection Process
- Stage 1: GATE 2025 Score: Candidates will be shortlisted based on their valid GATE-2026 score. Mere possession of the minimum qualification does not entitle a candidate to be called for the next stage.
- Stage 2: Group Discussion and Personal Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for a Group Discussion and Personal Interview to be held in Delhi. Eligible candidates called for the interview will be paid to-and-fro rail fare (III AC Sleeper) by the shortest route.
