Foreign Exchange Officer (Scale III)

RequirementDetails
Educational QualificationFull time Graduation from AICTE/UGC approved University/College in any discipline. Preference for CFA/CA or MBA in relevant stream.
Mandatory CertificationCertificate in Foreign Exchange Operations from Indian Institute of Banking & Finance (IIBF).
Preferable Certifications1. Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIIB).
2. Certificate in Trade Finance and/or in Foreign Exchange Facilities for Individuals (IIBF).
3. CDCS (Certified Documentary Credit Specialist).
4. CITF (Certificate in International Trade and Finance).
5. NISM Certifications in Treasury/Derivatives.
Similar certificates from reputed agencies are also preferred.

Marketing Officer (Scale I)

Foreign Exchange Officer (Scale III)

RequirementDetails
ExperienceMinimum 5 years as an officer in Scheduled Commercial Banks (SCBs). Out of this, 3 years must be in Trade Finance/Forex operations/IBU-Gift City. You should be working in forex now, preferably in sales/business development. No candidates from NBFCs/RRBs/Cooperative Banks/Insurance.
Experience in Profile1. Handling LCs, Bank Guarantees, Bills, Export/Import docs, EDPMS, IDPMS.
2. Comply with DGFT, FEMA, RBI, AML/KYC.
3. Advise on forex products, hedging, NRI services.
4. Liaise with treasury for rates, positions.
5. Prepare reports, Nostro reconciliation, RBI returns.
Desired SkillsSound knowledge of FEMA, UCP 600, ISBP, INCOTERMS, RBI rules. Good understanding of trade finance. Analytical skills, communication with clients, banking software proficiency.

Marketing Officer (Scale I)

Experience2 years post-qualification. Out of this, 1 year continuous in marketing in a organization (BFSI preferred). You should be working in marketing now.
Job RoleMainly field-based for business mobilization.

Other: Minimum CIC score of 650.

Selection Process

Online Examination: A 60-minute objective test consisting of 100 questions (70 Stream-specific and 30 on Banking/General Awareness). There is no negative marking.

Personal Interview: Candidates shortlisted from the online exam will be called for a 100-mark personal interview.

Document Verification and Medical Examination.

Final Merit: 70% from online exam, 30% from interview.
