General Eligibility
- Must be a citizen of India.
- Good character and sound health, free from major defects.
- If married, only one spouse living.
- Able to read, write and speak Odia: Passed Middle School with Odia or HSC with Odia medium, or Class VII with Odia or test by School and Mass Education Dept.
