Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Since the applicants are retired officers of SBI, no specific educational qualification is required.
Work Experience
Preference will be given to retired officers having sufficient work experience, deep knowledge of bank’s systems and procedures and overall professional competence in handling customer complaints.

Important Eligibility Conditions
- Must be retired SBI officer from MMGS-II, MMGS-III or SMGS-IV grade.

- Must have unblemished service record, good health and no major ailment.
- No punishment/penalty (censure or higher) in the last 5 years before retirement.
- No pending CBI or other law enforcement cases.
