Eligibility Criteria

General Eligibility

  • Must be a citizen of India.
  • Good character and sound health, free from major defects.
  • If married, only one spouse living.
  • Able to read, write and speak Odia: Passed Middle School with Odia or HSC with Odia medium, or Class VII with Odia or test by School and Mass Education Dept.

Educational Qualification

Candidates must have these qualifications by the last date of application (April 8, 2026).

Junior Forensic Attendant (State Cadre)+2 Science from a recognized Board or Institution.

Note: For Junior Fisheries Technical Assistant, upload +2 Vocational (Fisheries) certificate if applying only for this post (may skip prelim exam). If applying for multiple posts, prelim exam is needed. Declare swimming knowledge in application.

All posts are Group-C with Pay Matrix Level-3 (Cell-1) of ORSP, 2017 (about ₹18,000 – ₹56,900 basic pay).
