Experience – Minimum 2 years’ post-qualification experience (as on 31.12.2025) as an officer in any Scheduled Commercial Bank or Regional Rural Bank listed in the Second Schedule of Reserve Bank of India.
For Private Bank Experience: Candidates must be drawing minimum annual gross salary of Rs. 9.50 lacs for each year with documentary evidence.
Local Language Proficiency – Candidates must be proficient (reading, writing, and understanding) in the specified local language of the Circle they are applying for. A language proficiency test will be conducted before joining for provisionally selected candidates.

Pay Scale: Starting basic pay ₹48,480/- in the scale of ₹48480-2000/7-62480-2340/2-67160-2680/7-85920 (Junior Management Grade Scale-I) plus 2 advance increments.

Stage 1: Online Test
- Objective type multiple-choice questions: 120 marks, 2 hours
- Descriptive Test: 50 marks, 30 minutes (administered immediately after Objective Test)
